Olympus DS-5000 System
Integrating this solution into any office system will significantly improve workflow by streamlining data sharing and distribution of dictation between different departments and multiple office locations. Special E-mail and FTP functions enable dictation files to be automatically routed to predetermined locations or addresses upon downloading.
The DS-5000 has five folders (expandable to seven) to ensure that you keep track of all of your recordings. Ten different "Work Types" or "Report Types" define the nature of the recording by allowing you to select one of the ten user-driven categories. Dictations and notes can be prioritized either "Normal" or "High so that the most important work is dealt with first.

Olympus AS-5000
The AS-5000 is an easy to use transcription package with many convenient features. It supports encryption and decryption of dictated files and documents sent over the Internet. There are visible notifications of all new files coming in. The AS-5000 has the ability to launch the Word editor and send documents back via E-mail or FTP. Another key feature is the sorting of dictation files by sender. Not only does it sort, but with the AS-5000 software, you have the ability to sort documents with the associated voice file. Add this to the DS-5000 and you have a complete dictation and transcription system.

Olympus DS-2200
The DS-2200 is a digital two channel recorder with removable xD media, perfect for interviews, court room recordings and business conferences. It provides over 4 hours of SHQ stereo quality recording and noise cancellation for superior voice quality.
There are five folders that can handle up to 199 files. A remote control with built-in microphone provides easy recording. The PC docking station and DSS software provide file management capabilities to round off the DS-2200.
